Tom from Sandwell Plumbing & Heating in Basingstoke transformed his business with strategic guidance from Trade Mastermind.
Initially a one-man operation, Tom expanded his team and significantly increased his output. “I used to do two boilers a month… I managed to sell 10 in August. I’ll now be up to installing five boilers a week, week,” Tom explains. This growth followed his decision to “start growing the business” by adding “full-time admin employees” and a new engineer, leveraging industry-specific coaching to maximise efficiency and scale operations.
