How do I gain admission to the event?
To enter the event, please download your ticket onto your phone or print a copy to bring with you. A form of ID, such as a UK Driving License, may be required for identity verification by the business hub security.
What if my plans change and I need to reschedule my attendance?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least two working days before the event to avoid losing your Deposit Fee. You can reach us at 0330 058 7100 for assistance.
Can I bring additional people to the event after purchasing my ticket?
Yes, if you would like to bring business partners you can add them to your business ticket, please contact us. We will be happy to accommodate your request. If you would like to invite friends or business contacts from other businesses, you may be able to qualify for our Referral Programme and get exclusive bonuses and incentives for bringing other qualifying business owners with you!
When will I get my event Deposit Fee refunded?
Your Deposit Fee will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 working days, if you attend the event until the closing remarks.
What attendance incentives are offered?
Bonuses will be provided on the day of the event or within 1 working day after the event if you stay until the closing remarks. Lunch is also catered, so please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies you may have.
